Lebanon Hematology/Oncology opened January 2008 with Dr. Cheryl Skinner as Medical Director. She is triple board certified—Hematology, Oncology and Internal Medicine.
Cheryl A. Skinner, MD
Dr. Skinner comes to the Lebanon/Warren County area with over 20 years of experience. She is Director of Oncology at the Foster J. Boyd, MD Regional Cancer Center. She was also founding partner at Signal Point Hematology Oncology Inc in Middletown and has served as a staff physician specializing in Hematology/Oncology at Middletown Regional Hospital, Atirum Medical Center, Clinton Memorial Hospital, Foster J Boyd Cancer Center, and other hospital systems in the area.
Dr. Skinner graduated from the University of Dayton with a bachelor’s of science degree in medical technology and received her medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. She completed her internship, residency and fellowship in hematology/oncology at the University of Cincinnati Department of Internal Medicine.
Leanne S. Budde, MD
Dr. Leanne Budde, a practicing oncologist with Lebanon Hematology Oncology, received her undergraduate degree from MIT in Cambridge, Massachusetts and her medical degree from University of Cincinnati. She completed internal medicine residency training at University of Cincinnati and completed fellowship training in medical oncology and hematology at Indiana University under Dr. Lawrence Einhorn. She is board-certified in internal medicine and medical oncology.
Dr. Budde specializes in the care of patients with lung, colorectal, breast and ovarian cancer as well as non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. She is committed to providing warm personal care and enrolling eligible patients in clinical trials to advance the care of oncology patients.
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Dr. Budde lives in Cincinnati with her husband and twin daughters.
