Scheduling Appointments and After Hours Calls
To schedule appointments, please call 513/228-1552. We accept patients by referral only. However if you should have any questions, please call.

Urgent calls after hours are available if you need to contact the physician. You may call our above listed phone number and the physician will call you back. If you have not received a return phone call within 15-30 minutes, please repeat the call to the office. If your problem is serious and cannot wait for a return call, go to the hospital emergency room. Urgent calls will be returned as soon as possible.
Routine questions and inquiries should be made during regular office hours. The office staff is trained to answer many of your questions. If they are unable to help you, your message will be given to a physician or nurse. They will return your call during the day as time permits. Urgent calls will be returned as soon as possible.
